About Jennifer Nestor

The creativity and emotion of storytelling has always been something I’ve enjoyed.

My mission is to create imaginative books that encourage change and promote diverse characters who acquire strength, courage, and a sense of individuality through their magical adventures.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Nestor!

I’m a recent Communications Master's Graduate from Southern New Hampshire University. I currently live in Saint Augustine, Florida and am originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania– home of the best soft pretzel aside from Germany. I’m an avid Philly sports fan who loves fitness, dancing, crafts, pickleball, and other creative hobbies. I’m also a frequent traveler who loves to explore new food, culture, and plan detailed itineraries and fun experiences wherever I go. I have three sweet pets at home - Hermione, Binx, and Winnie, who all have a special place in my heart, and I’m a military spouse.

My passion for writing began as a little girl when I would write poems, song lyrics, and short stories in my spiral notebooks after school.

My love for writing has expanded into my various marketing and communications roles as an adult and continues to be a favorite part of my career. The creativity and emotion of storytelling has always been something I’ve enjoyed, and I’m truly thrilled to share new stories that encourage bravery in young readers.

“There’s always room for a story that can transport people to another place.”

While my recent roles have been in the healthcare industry, I’ve found a wealth of joy being involved in other activities around St. Johns County such as being part of Fostering Connections St. Johns, a non-profit organization that focuses on helping local youth in the St. Johns area. I was also a part of the Women with Vision Council as the Communications Chair, and served as a mentor for Big Brother Big Sister of NorthEast Florida for three years where I mentored a young girl.
